With Halloween over we’re looking forward to our next excuse to get together with friends and family and to celebrate aka THANKSGIVING!!!

What a great holiday (centered around an extra large meal?? Yes, please!) You also get to go around the table and share what you are thankful for. I love hearing what everyone is grateful for. Wait, other families do that too, right?

For me, I always panic when it’s my turn and give the most generic answer: family. “I am thankful for…” cards and place them at each place setting. That way everyone will have a chance to give some thought to their answer.

And even though we usually have the same people around our table every year I will be sending out these invitations to remind them how important their presence is to me and that I am looking forward to spending time with them.
